Craven Faults – Sidings out now

The wait is over, Craven Faults’ new album Sidings is out now. You’ll enjoy that while sheltering from the rain/world.

“Across three albums proper and a flurry of in-between EPs, the mysterious man behind this whole affecting caper has produced modular magic steeped in the blissful serenity of the willingly alone.” Electronic Sound  lead review

Sidings is Craven Faults’ best, most irresistible work to date” The Quietus

“Another emotive instalment in their aural biography of post-industrial northern England” Mojo

“A love letter to the timbres and patterns of analogue synthesisers, and a paean to the post-industrial north” Uncut

The album was premiered on Tuesday via a Youtube visualiser produced by longtime Craven Faults collaborator Michael Connolly. It’s up there for posterity if you missed the live stream trip.

CF has produced a Live Studio Performance for Bleep, of album track ‘Drover Hole Sike’.

There is also an all vinyl guest mix by Craven Faults for Dublab and a rare interview up on Australian website Cyclic Defrost. CF has been busy.

And that’s enough good news for one day. Unfortunately, the CD box sets arrived without photo booklets. It may take a while to unpick this one, so bear with us. If you have pre-ordered the box set, please get in touch and we’ll provide you with downloads to keep you going.

Note: If you’re having trouble getting hold of any of our releases in the EU, check Bandcamp. We handle taxes and shipping might be cheaper than you think. All Bandcamp sales of Sidings come with a download inc. PDF photo booklets.
